Stylish Large Minton Pottery Secessionist Art Nouveau Floor Vase
 
A superb stylish Arts & Crafts / Art Nouveau Minton Pottery Secessionist flower vase designed by Léon Solon and John Wadsworth.
 
The massive floor vase is decorated with strong abstract designs with highly stylised Secessionist plant forms and 'Glasgow Style Roses' in vivid red and green tones set against an ochre body.
 
A single vase of this design and  and size is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of New Zealand.
 
Marks:  Various impressed and painted Minton markings .

Condition: In rarely seen outstanding original condition with no repairs or bad crazing and staining.
