A very fine Art Nouveau bronze table lamp with nautilus shell shade made in the style of architects Victor Horta and Hector Guimard.
 
A beautiful organic form lamp, the nautilus shell shade is supported by a bronze lilly pad flower with fine whiplash scrollwork projected from a stylised shell form base.
 
The fine quality and craftsmanship of the metalwork with its gilt finish has been made to the highest order with great skill and precision similar to the designs of Victor Horta and Hector Guimard with its whiplash scroll form plant tendrils.
 
Condition: In excellent untouched working condition, retaining its original bronze gilding. The lamp  is in full working order, rewired & ready to install with black antique style twist silk flex fitted with an in-line switch complete with bulb, the shade emits a most beautiful subtle natural light once lit.
