Arts and Crafts Pilkington Royal Lancastrian Lustre vase by Gladys Rogers
 
Stylish Arts and Crafts Royal Lancastrian lustre vase by Gladys Rogers c1908, squat baluster form, painted with stylised cruciform roses and tendrils in alternating rectangular panels, in deep mottled flambe red and black glazes. 

The vase is finely potted and in excellent undamaged and unrestored condition, both the paintwork and lustre are in excellent order, a stylish example.

Marked: Incised monogram of Royal Lancastrian England and date cypher 2652 together with painted Gladys Rogers mark.
