Art Nouveau Loetz Secessionist Glass inkwell by G. Reichenbach for Poschinger.
 
Rare and very fine glass inkwell by Georg Karl von Reichenbach for Benedikt von Poschinger, Oberzwieselau c1906.
 
The translucent glass vivid green main body is applied with very fine trailed opaque red glass thread with dark green glass spherical stones which combines traditional Bavarian glassmaking with modern secessionist style design. 
 
The inkwell is mounted with its Jugendstil hammered brass lid which operates perfectly.
 
Size: 6cm high x 9 cm diameter.
 
Date: c. 1905.
 
Condition: In excellent original condition.
